State also forced Galloway to pay for such?expensive new programs as:?? ?Partnership of Assessment for Readiness of College and Careers (PAARC)? additional ?mandatory testing, ?Common Core State Standards (English Language Arts and Math?, expanded ?iPad and laptop purchases?, and ?Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB)? law signed by Gov.
