Our problem with Facebook and Twitter started when Trump was elected President in November of 2016.
For months, many top Democrats could not accept the fact that Trump had won. They believed Russia “rigged” the election, and said Trump was “Not My President”.
Most Democrats believed “mainstream” news reports about Trump, which were 77% negative. Click here for Link to 12/7/2016 study made by Shorenstein Center of the Harvard Kennedy School: News Coverage of the 2016 General Election: How the Press Failed the Voters | Shorenstein Center
Most Democrats assumed that most Americans shared their negative views of Trump because they assumed most Americans relied on the same “mainstream” news sources that they did. That, together with pre-election polls showing Trump losing by a landslide, convinced many Democrats that Trump could not possibly have won the Novemember, 2016 election.
However, four months later, the Columbia Journalism Review published a detailed study that shocked and surprised Democrat leaders. It found that a new “Breitbart-led right-wing media ecosystem” was more powerful then the “mainstream” newspapers, radio & TV news networks run by “woke” Democrats. Click here for link to that study: Study: Breitbart-led right-wing media ecosystem altered broader media agenda – Columbia Journalism Review (cjr.org)
The Columbia study found that posts by conservative sources like Breitbart.com and RushLimbaugh.com “reached” thousands of active conservatives and groups like us throughout America. We then used Facebook, Twitter, and other social media to “like”, “share” and “comment” on those posts, and make conservative posts and comments “go viral”. The study found that we were so active and effective that by Election Day 2016, our posts, and issues raised by our posts, “reached” more people than “news” from “mainstream” outlets like the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, NPR, etc.
As soon as that March, 2017 study was released, top Democrats worked with Facebook, Twitter, and other Big Tech executives to make sure conservatives would never again have that power.
Since February, 2020, Facebook systematically blocked most of our Liberty and Prosperity posts from reaching most of our 8,000 followers.
At that time, we had shared truthful, accurate, and documented articles that many of the destructive fires taking place in Australia and California were caused by arson, cyclical drought, and poor forest management. There was no evidence that these fires were caused by “climate change”.
However, because we did not lie and say “climate change” caused these fires, Facebook “reduced” the “distribution” of our posts. Until then, our posts “reached” roughly 20,000 of our “followers” each week. After this, we had a “reach” of less than 1,000 each week. Facebook destroyed 95% of our audience.
Twitter did something similar by “shadow banning” our posts. We are allowed to post what we want on @landp1776. However, our posts are seen by only a fraction of our 900 followers.
Democrats also bullied most national online news sources into eliminating their “comments” sections. In February of 2020, NJ Gov. Murphy & his Attorney General Gerbir Grewal bragged how they “persuaded” the Newark Star Ledger into ending public comments on NJ.com to “stop right wing extemists” like us from expressing our views.
Here’s What You Can Do To Help Us Break The Media, Facebook, Twitter Blockade Against Us.
#1. Continue to visit LibertyAndProsperity.com every few days. Continue to share our posts on Facebook and Twitter by clicking the icons below each post.
#2. Continue to forward these emails to your friends. Persuade your friends to get these emails from us directly by emailing us or subscribing on through LibertyAndProsperity.com
#3. Open a Gab.com account and join several Gab “groups”. Then please systematically share our posts with those groups. If you need help, contact us for special training and practice.
#4. Open a Patch.com account and share our posts on Patch.com. Patch.com is a local “micro-online newspaper”. It is one of the best ways to reach new people. There are eight “Patch” communities nearby. Choose the one closest to you. They are Galloway, Ocean City, Barnegat-Manahawkin, Gloucester Twp., Lacey, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, and Collingswood. There is also a statewide “New Jersey” Patch. When you open your account, please copy and paste portions and links from our posts in the “comments section.
#5. Share our links in the “comments” section of PressofAtlanticCity.com and OCSentinel.com. Although we often disagree with them, we respect them for keeping their “comments” sections open.
Please Help Us Tell Your Friends. Here’s How.
Please click link below to view a typical post. Then please click the blue Twitter, Facebook, or email icons at the top to email the link to your friends, or to repost the article on your Facebook and Twitter pages. Then click the blue Facebook and Twitter icons to post it on the pages of your favorite groups or send it to your friends. Just put “@” in front of your friend’s screen name as in “@YourFriend”.

Then, please go one step further. Please copy the URL address that appears in the “browser” space at the top of your screen. Then please paste it in Patch.com, Gab.com, or in the “comments” section of your favorite online newspapers like PressofAtlanticCity.com or APP.com. Or in “reply” to other Facebook or Twitter posts on related topics.
Please do this two or three times each week for all the articles you post. This is the only way we can get our message out. Our posts on Facebook and Twitter reach very few of our “likes” and followers because they “throttle” or “shadow ban” us. They let us post what we want, but their “algorithms” block most people from seeing them unless they scroll through out page. However, YOU are not blockaded, and YOU can deliver our message.
LibertyAndProsperity.com is a tax-exempt, non-political education organization of roughly 200 citizens who mostly live near Atlantic City, New Jersey. We formed this group in 2003. We volunteer our time and money to maintain this website. We do our best to post accurate information. However, we admit we make mistakes from time to time. If you see any mistakes or inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information in this or any of our posts, please let us know. We will do our best to correct the problem as soon as possible. Please email us at info@libertyandprosperity.com or telephone (609) 927-7333.
Also, because Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms falsely claim our posts violate their “community standards”, they greatly restrict, “throttle back” or “shadow ban” our posts. Please help us overcome that by sharing our posts wherever you can, as often as you can. Please click the social share links below. Also copy and paste the link to the “comments” section of your favorite sites like Patch.com or PressofAtlanticCity.com and email them to your friends. Finally, please subscribe to our almost weekly email updates on this website, or by emailing us. Thanks.
