Our 11 “Key Issues” for 2026

*Adopted at Business Meeting of May 9, 2026

**Adopted at Business Meeting of June 6, 2026

  1. Continue mass deportations of illegal aliens. *

      2. Repeal 1965 “Hart-Celler” immigration law. End “chain migration.”  Repeal laws providing for mass “asylum” and “temporary protected status (TPS)”. Restore limit of 100,000 per year for all forms of legal immigration.*

      3. Return to one Election Day with in-person voting and photo ID. Paper ballots or mechanical (non-electronic) voting machines. :Limited absentee ballots.  Eligible voters must register with current address at least  thirty (30) days before Election Day.*

      4. Preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution according to its “original intent” (the plain meaning of its words). No “Convention of States”, “Interstate Compacts”, “judicial activism” or “living constitutionalism” to change it.*

      5. Apply all laws and apply one tax rate equally to everyone. Equally distribute the “Property Tax Relief Fund” of New Jersey Income to each school district based on the number of its students. (Sen. Michael Doherty Plan). Allow parents to use  their share of those funds to educate their children as they see fit.*

      6. Protect the unborn with persuasion, not force. No tax dollars or insurance mandates for abortions or Planned Parenthood propaganda. No punishment of health care professionals who refuse to abort pregnancies that do not endanger the life of the mother. Require ultrasounds before non-emergency abortions to ensure informed consent.**

      7. Stop forcing consumers and taxpayers to directly or indirectly pay for electricity from wind or solar projects that cost more than oil, natural gas or nuclear.  Let each individual decide how to protect him or herself from “climate change.”*

      8. Openly ask: Is Islam compatible with American liberty and prosperity? Is it a “religion” protected by the First Amendment?**

      9. Protect the public. Give long prison terms to all individuals who repeatedly assault, rob, or threaten others or their property. End insanity as a defense. Confine those who cannot respect the public’s right to enjoy their use of the sidewalks, streets, parks, or other property owned and maintained by the public. *

      10. End federal and state government mandates and grants (bribes) for local projects. Let local voters and taxpayers choose and pay for the projects and benefits they want.

        11. Use proof of knowledge, skills, and ability to do the job well as substitutes for college or high school diplomas to obtain government funded employment. *
