Why Democrats And the Media Are Talking about “No Kings” and “Trump, Trump, Trump”.
Why is everybody talking about the “No Kings” demonstrations and Trump? why, why all the, the, you know, the focus on the “No Kings” March and Trump? Years ago, we had big demonstrations around the country with the Tea Party. And there’d be more than a hundred thousand people with Glenn Beck in Washington D.C. We had even more people demonstrating for the Tea Party in local towns. Yet there was not one single story, not one article, and not one single mention of them anywhere in the media.
So you see how the media is promoting these “No Kings” protests. They are giving today’s “No Kings” protests far more attention than they ever gave the Tea Party rallies years ago, even when far more people took part. Even Fox News Radio made it headline news this morning. And they reported every talking point of the No Kings organizers, without reporting anything by people defending the need to enforce immigration laws.
Why are they doing that? Because they want everybody in the country to be talking about Trump. And even though these protests are taking place all over the country, there are only two states they really care about. New Jersey and Virginia. Both states have election to pick the Governor and control of the State Legislature.
Democrats know that most women and most younger people hate Trump on such an irrational basis that if they think Trump is the most important issue right now, they are going to vote for every Democrat on the ballot.
So if we want to bring real change and sanity back to government in New Jersey, we have to stop talking about Trump for the next two weeks. We need to talk about Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican candidate for Governor of New Jersey and Mikie Sherrill, his Democratic opponent. Have you been following the latest polls?
JOHN DEMASI: Yes, I have. It’s really getting close.
Democrat Mikie Sherrill Has A Narrow Lead. Ciattarelli Supporters Have Far More Enthusiasm.
SETH GROSSMAN: Yes, it is very close. If the election were held today, Mikey Sherrill, the Democrat would narrowly win and Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican would narrowly lose. Howver, part of that survey shows that supporters of Jack Ciattarelli are highly enthusiastic. They know the candidate, they know Jack, they believe in him, they know he’s will make things a lot better if he is Governor. They want to do everything they can to help him. On the other hand, the people who are support Mikie Sherrill are not enthusiastic. They’re just sort of going along because they don’t like Trump, they don’t like Republicans. If nothing happens, they’re going to vote for Mikey Sherrill.
So what that means is that if there’s a conversation between a Ciattarelli supporter and a Mikey Sherrill supporter, that Ciattarelli supporter is going to persuade the Mikey Sherrill supporter to change that vote and vote Republican for Jack Ciattarelli. That’s a big deal. Every single Mikey Sherrill voter who flips and goes from voting Democrat to voting for Ciattarelli, put Ciattarelli up by two votes. That is because Ciattarelli gains a vote and Mikey Sherrill loses a vote. So it’s so important uh for everyone who supports Jack Ciattarelli to talk to people on the other side and tell them why it is so important for Jack Ciattarelli to be the next governor of New Jersey.
JOHN DEMASI: Yes. I agree.
SETH GROSSMAN: And what makes this even more interesting is that most supporters of Jack Ciattarelli are men and most supporters of Mikie Sherrill are women. So, a lot of this is about us men talking to our wives, our girlfriends, our daughters, daughters-in-law, grand-daughters and nieces and persuading them. Now this takes discipline. We know that there are two issues that trigger most women who support Democrats today. And if they think you are on the wrong side of them, they will completely turn you off and not hear a word you say. Those issues are Trump and abortion.
Most Women Will Vote for Democrats If They Think Trump and Abortion Are the Most Important Issues.
If they think the election is about Trump or abortion, they’re going to vote Democrat, no matter what. So we have to make it clear that this election in New Jersey has nothing to do with Trump or abortion.
It’s OK to tell them. “Yes, Trump has his crazy moments.” and “Yes, maybe Trump is overdoing it”. But Jack Ciattarelli is not Trump and we really need Jack Ciattarelli in New Jersey. It’s the same thing with abortion. When men talk to women about abortion, we need to understand that most women feel very strongly about having their personal lives controlled by other people, especially men.
So we have to remind them that the abortion issue has nothing to do with the “The Handmaid’s Tale” , that totally fake propaganda TV series. Most of your pro-life people are not men trying to control women. The pro-life movement is mostly a women’s movement. It is made up mostly of women who had abortions when they were younger and who have regrets and psychological problems because of that.
Jack Ciattarelli and Republicans don’t want to control women. They only want consent and informed consent on the abortion issue, They believe that if parents have an underage daughter in school who is pregnant, they should know about it so they can talk to their daughter. Democrats want public school employees to steer underage girls into abortions without their parents knowing about it. That is horrible because there are often regrets and psychological problems when women, especially young girls, have abortions.
The second problem that Republicans have with Governor Murphy and Democrats on abortion is their refusal to offer options or choices tro women with unwanted pregnancies. For the past two years, they have been shutting down anyone who counsels pregnant women other than Planned Parenthood. So if a pregnancy counselor gives advice saying, “Yes, abortion is one option, but here are some other options for help if you decide to have the baby”, that counselor can be punished for consumer fraud. For the past two years, New Jersey Attorney GeneralMatt Platkin has been threatening to shut down, fine and even jail pregnancy counsellors who do not steer women with unplanned pregnancies to abortions.
So here’s the irony. Democrats call themselves pro-choice, but they don’t want women with unplanned pregnancies to have choices. They only want Planned Parenthood to do the counseling. And when a woman with an unplanned pregnancy goes to Planned Parenthood, the counselor sounds like a car salesman working on commission to sell an abortion.
We have to make it clear that Republicans like Jack Ciattarelli don’t want to control anybody when it comes to abortions. They just want parents to be able to be informed about their underage girls because they love and understand their children better than any public-school employee. They want women with unplanned pregnancies to make informed choices after having a chance to know all of their options.
Democrats Pick Candidates Like Mikie Sherrill Like Hollywood Picks Actors for Movies and TV Shows.
JOHN DEMASI: Yes. And I I think, don’t you think also the fact that Mikey Sherrill is a woman, that women are going to gravitate to her figuring that, you know, she she’s for abortion or she’s for women’s rights or so on and so forth. Do you think that’s a factor?
SETH GROSSMAN: Of course it’s a factor, and that’s why they picked her. This is how Democrats recruit and groom their candidates. This is what they did with AOC and Mamdani in New York. Democrats pick likeable people with the right racial and gender make-up to be their candidates. It’s like their casting for an actor for a movie or a TV show. That’s why they they picked Mikey Sherrill. She checks off all the right boxes. She’s a women, a mom, she flew helicopters, she’s military veteran, she was a prosecutor for a few months. She has everything she needs to get elected. Of course, she has no idea what to do after she is elected, but that’s OK. Democrats deliberately pick these candidates with no experience, no training, no integrity, no core beliefs, because they will be puppets when they get into office. And so that’s why we have to go into the details of of the four main lies in the Mikey Sherrill campaign. They are all posted at our libertyandprosperity.com website. So if anyone hasn’t been there for a while, uh please have a look at it.
Here are the four big lies of the Mikey Sherrill TV Ads:
- Mikie Sherrill never had a military command, and she rarely flew helicopters. She was like a a Private Benjamin. Her top position in the navy was as a Russian policy officer at a headquarters on land for an admiral in Naples, Italy.
- She says, I have a a military background, I’ll declare a state of emergency and freeze electric rates.” No. Mikie Sherrill’s a lawyer, and she knows she’s lying when she says she can freeze electric rates because there’s something called the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution. The Fifth Amendment says the government can’t confiscate private property for public use without giving just compensation. That means that if the electric company is paying 20 cents a kilowatt hour to buy expensive energy out of state or in Canada, because Murphy shut down the six power plants, the government can’t force the electric company to charge 10 cents a kilowatt hour if it’s paying 20 cents per kilowatt hour. Mike Sherrill knows that because she’s a lawyer.
- Mikie Sherrill is running TV ads saying she was a tough prosecutor.” No, she wasn’t. She was in the prosecutor’s office for 5 years, but that’s not what she did. She was an “outreach and re-entry coordinator”. That means she was counselor who was assigned to help criminals getting out of prison get healthcare and housing and employment. The did not let Mikie Sherill prosecute any cases until her last few months. Even then, they just gave her 35 possession of marijuana on government property cases to plea bargain away. All of those cases were either dismissed, got probation, or a small fine. So Sherrill is lying ab out being a prosecutor.
- And of course, Mikie Sherrill is lying about property taxes. Mikie Sherrill can’t cut property taxes because she’s endorsed by the NJEA and all the crooked mayors in the Democrat mismanaged cities and towns that get bailed out with income tax money from well-run Republican suburbs. We keep reminding everybody that every dollar of your state income tax is dedicated to property uh tax relief. So what they do, the Democrats, they target like 80% of that money to these failed Democrat cities like Pleasantville and Bridgeton and Camden and Jersey City. And there’s nothing left for the suburban towns that are well run. And the NJEA teachers union gives us the most expensive and worst performing public schools in the country. So Mikie Sherrill is not going to do a thing to cut high property taxes because she is in the pocket of the big city Democrats and teachers union who benefit from high property taxes. Jack Ciattarelli is the experienced accountant. He has a plan to fix this.
Mikie Sherrills New Big Lies About Jack Ciattarelli: Supporting Opioids and 10% Sales Tax!
Because Jack Ciattarelli is gaining in the polls and Mikie Sherrill is slipping, the Democrats are panicking. That’s why you Obama just stepped in to do a commercial for Mikie Sherrill a couple days ago. That’s why you have these dirty, filthy by Democrats accusing Jack Ciattarelli of promoting opioids. They really are getting desperate.
JOHN DEMASI: Yeah, you forgot one thing. The 10% sales tax on everything.
SETH GROSSMAN: Yes. That 10% Sales Tax Lie by Democrats is the most disgusting. It all comes from Jack Ciattarelli answering a questions at a town hall meeting. Somebody asked him, “Why is there no state income tax in Tennessee? So Jack Ciattarelli gave an honest and correct answer to that question. He said “Tennessee has a 10% sales tax on everything with no exception for food or clothing.” Ciattarelli said nothing other than give the correct answer to a question about Tennessee. What Mikie Sherrill and the Democrats did was alter the recording. They take out the question part. They rig the recording to make it sound like Jack Ciattarelli was proposing that on his own, which is a total, total lie. And yet you see that in all the Mikey Sherrill TV ads.
And then she has something new. She has this fake newspaper that they’ve mailed out to thousands of voters. They call it “The New Jersey Independent” newspaper. Did one get mailed to you>
JOHN DEMASI: No, I didn’t.
Mikie Sherrill’s Fake Newspaper, the “New Jersey Independent” Looks Like a George Soros Operation,
SETH GROSSMAN: So I guess it was just mailed top Independents and Democrats. This fake newspaper has all the fingerprints of a of a George Soros operation. Because if you find out uh uh you know, if you look at where the newspaper’s coming from, it’s coming from something called the “American Independent Foundation.” And it has a Washington D.C. address. And we checked it out, and we found out that American Independent Foundation is a far-left group run by a guy called David Brock, the founder of Media Media Matters. And it used to be called the “Blue Nation Review” and “Shareblue,” and and it’s funded by the far-left American Bridge 21st Century Foundation. Now, where where they get their money? And the answer is, we have no idea because even though they’re sending out these newspapers in an obvious political campaign, they call themselves an independent uh charitable, educational organization, so they don’t report any of their donors. All we know is they get millions of dollars each year from people we don’t know, and they campaign for these far-left George Soros uh prosecutors and attorney general and all the people who are ruining the country. And the fact that Mikey Sherrill is being funded by them, uh that to me shows that that she has some dark money connection with that Soros group. So that’s another reason to bring up.
Boy, the more the more that comes out, the more you really don’t want to vote for her. I mean, it it really. I I think she’s going to be, I think she would be worse than Kamala Harris. I really do.
She really will because she’s an empty vessel, uh and she’s uh you know, just like like uh Biden. So that means if she’s the governor, they’re going to have all the usual, you know, Democrat staffers, the people who ran uh Biden’s auto pen, will be running New Jersey. And if you think Murphy’s bad, you know, at least Murphy has a a sense of uh some responsibility. Here it’s going to be like having Momtani uh, you know, running New Jersey, but it’s going to look like uh like a a soccer mom, you know, who who’s just uh, you know, one of us. So I so I’m sorry I keep using all the all my time to talk about this governor’s race. But we’ll have plenty of time to talk about all the other stuff after the election. But if if Ciattarelli loses, you know, then then it’s going to be very, very hard to live in New Jersey.
Yes, it is. Yes, it, it well, it already is hard, but it’s going to be harder. You’re right. You’re right. Yeah. Uh yeah, just like that Jewish optimist joke, you know, the optimist and pessimist, where the Jewish uh uh pessimist says, “Oh boy, things can’t possibly get any worse.” And then the Jewish optimist says, “Sure they can.” So, uh you know, that’s what New Jersey’s going to be. Uh I just want to one point I want to bring up before before I go, uh and I probably should have mentioned this first. But uh in Somers Point, uh voters are going to be asked to vote for a $5.6 million bond issue for the public schools.
And this is something that you see all over New Jersey. Uh and it’s something that is so normal, but yet uh if if you were on a, if you’re on the board of a condominium association in Florida, you’d go to jail for for doing this. In other words, anyone who runs a condominium knows that you have to replace the roof every 20 years, you have to replace the elevator every 10 years, you have to replace the heating system every 12 years. So every year you have to save up enough money so that when something breaks down, you have money to fix it. And here in New Jersey, routinely they just let everything run into the ground, and then you have a crisis and you have to borrow money to fix it. So, so all these school districts are are always in debt, and that’s got to be changed. Anyway, I’m out of time.
