When she took her seat, Iryna Zarutska had no way of knowing that the man sitting behind her had been arrested 14 times before for violent or threatening crimes. However, he was quickly released each time because Democratic judges had been told it is “racist” to incarcerate a “disproportionate” number of blacks.

That video showed the sickening murder of a 23-year-old woman coming to this country to be safe. She is working. She doesn’t have a car. She is using public transportation. She walks into the light-rail trolley car. She sits in a seat. And then she checks her cell phone for messages and email.
And you see in the video, a young angry black man sitting behind her.
And there is no confrontation. No eye contact. No words spoken. No hint of any confrontation or interaction. He just methodically takes out a pen knife, just like he was taking out a cell phone. He then slowly and methodically opens up the pen knife and just starts stabbing that young woman, in her neck. And that’s the photo that came out.
But even more sickening than that was as she’s bleeding and she’s curled up like a like a child, and you just watch her dying on that video, as a father, as a grandfather with daughters and granddaughters being so helpless to watch that just had a physical effect on me.
And think about what caused her death. Normally, at Libertyandprosperity.com, we talk about local and state events. We try not to duplicate what people already see and read about on the national media.
But this was a local event. This was a state event. Because what happened to that young woman on that train in North Carolina, can happen to any of our daughters or granddaughters on any New Jersey transit bus, on the Boardwalk, anywhere. Because we have these young, angry, out of control people who should be in prison just walking around. And you never know, when someone you love is gonna be in the path of of one of those people. So what has to be done? Why did this happen?
Well, the young black man who murdered her had been arrested and released for violent crimes 14 times before. Even his family said he had no business being out in the street. So why aren’t we keeping violent criminals in prison? Because we know it works. We know maybe six or 7% of the population commits 80 to 90% of the crimes. So if you keep them out of society, everybody else is safe. You don’t have to worry about security. You don’t have to worry about locking your doors. You don’t have to worry about looking behind you, every second, because the people who would do those barbaric things are not in society. And we had that safe America as recently as Bill Clinton. Remember those years? We had mandatory jail terms. These violent criminals were off the street. Everybody else was safe.
We have that in El Salvador today. That is why El Salvador today is safer that Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
But because of diversity, we had that evil, philosophy that, oh, most of the people in prison are black. That’s unfair. You know, if blacks are 10% of the population, then blacks should only be 10% of the prison population. So let’s let everybody out until we get the proper racial balance. So we did DEI with prisons. And we see how that is working out.
If 80% of a certain kind of criminals in certain areas are black, even though blacks are 10% of the population, 80% of the prisoners in that area should be black. It’s common sense.
Why do we have that? There are a whole lot of social reasons. You have that black redneck culture. Thomas Sowell wrote a book about that in 2008. Some people call it ghetto culture. We have the fatherless black families. We have the welfare, where young black men and women have no responsibilities, are not accountable to anyone for anything. We have the useless public schools that teach young black men grievance, but not skills on how to succeed. We have the, the revenge movies and racist fake history movies like Django Unchained. We have the fake black history that teaches that any problem that any black person has anywhere in the world is the fault of some white man.
But worst of all are the fake media crime stories. Twenty years ago, a directive went out to all the journalists in every newspaper, every TV network on how they had to report violent crime. You can Google it. It was an actual written policy that came out of every journalism school. Ghzg policy is that if there is a horrible crime, and if the perpetrator is black, you will not show the picture. You will not identify the race unless absolutely necessary. But if the perpetrator is white, you will show the picture and you will put the race into every headline. And that gives people a dangerously distorted perception of reality.
They think that the biggest danger to black Americans is a white police officer or some crazy white supremacists. And it’s a total lie. And every statistic proves that this is a lie.
But again, the worst lie of the most dangerous and deadly propaganda isn’t telling a lie. It is not reporting truth. And that’s what they’ve done.
And finally, while we’re at it, we also have almost the entire political leadership denial. It’s been that way for years. Until the 1960s, the whole civil rights was pro American. It was, give black Americans a better education. You know, give us a chance. Give us an opportunity to be hired. Let us succeed. Let us learn skills. Let us be like all other Americans working to live the American Dream.
But we all know what happened. In the 1960s, the Civil Rghts movement took a wrong turn. It took a left turn. It was no longer hire us because we have better skills, hire us because, we’ll do a better job for you at a better price. By the way, back in the 1960’s, a lot of black carpenters, mechanics, and repairmen were hired by whites precisely because they did great work, showed up on time, and charged a fair price.
But then the Civil Rights demands changed. It became, you better hire us, because were are 10% of population and you only have 5% in your executive board, you know, leadership. So we’re entitled to the job. And if you don’t, we’re going to boycott you. If you don’t, we’re going to sue you. We’re going to make sure you don’t get any government contracts. We’re going to have demonstrations. We’re going to tell everybody you’re a racist and put you out of business.
In other words, the whole civil rights movement changed from, “Give us a fair chance” to “Do what we want or we are going to hurt you.”
And then we saw how the black leadership used politics, not as a way not to protect everyone’s rights, but to make a career. It used to be if you had a black minister in a black church, they would be preaching about Bible justice and Bible values. But now look at how many black clergy see their church as a steppingstone to a career in politics.
Look at how many black clergy hold public office and have all their friends and relatives on some government payroll. Or some non-profit funded by the government.
And that’s, you know, totally the opposite of what government is supposed to be be for. So, so that’s what we have here. Oh, and and then, of course, we have the white Democratic leadership that in order for white Democrats to get elected, they need to keep their rainbow coalition of blacks, Hispanics, and women, and gays, and Muslims, and transgenders. And so, you know, that’s what we’re dealing with. So in in the whole, you know, coverage of the Charles Charlie Kirk murder, I I think we cannot forget Irina Zelensky and all the issues that that horrible murder triggered.
JOHN DEMASI: And you know what it sayS about judges? You know, he was he was let go as recently as July 25. He was charged with something, and they let him out. They let him go. So, what does it say about judges?
SETH GROSSMAN: It says that the whole system is rotten because judges read the newspapers. Judges know that the Governor who appointed them is saying, “Blacks are 10% of the population, but 22% of our prisoners are black. So don’t send blacks to prison. Don’t mess up our ratio. So yes, judges are part of it, but they are just a part of it. For some reason, the mainstream black political leadership is more interested in advancing their careers by making their coalition with the white liberal Democrats. And so they all support each other, they all get elected, and they all keep their jobs and their power.
And what you end up with is that we all play Russian roulette every time we are out in any public space. You never know when you will run into one of these dangerous, violent people who could be set off by anything. Or nothing at all.
You think of that so-called random angry black man in New York who pushed random white or Asian women off the subway platform in front of oncoming trains. It was not that long ago. But everybody forgot. Or maybe everybody wants to forget. But we need to remember. If not, this will keep happening until it happens to us or someone we love.
SETH GROSSMAN: Now let’s go to the Charlie Kirk murder. And I wish I were as optimistic as you. But assassinations and murder do change history, if we allow it. Look at Abraham Lincoln. He was murdered a month or two before he started his second term. And before he ran for re-election, Lincoln picked a racist white Democrat to be his Vice-President. Lincoln was a Republican. And the man Lincoln picked was an absolute white racist. But Lincoln picked him to be his running mate to pick up enough votes to win in border states like Kentucky and Maryland. Lincoln thought he needed Democrat votes to win the election.
So Lincoln won the election for a second term. But he had Andrew Johnson, this white racist Democrat as his Vice-President. And he was President of the United States for four years after Abraham Lincoln. So murdering Abraham Lincoln did change history and it did kill Lincoln’t dream.
Abraham Lincoln’s plan was to have real reparations paid for by real slave owners. Lincoln and General Sherman both had a plan to break up the slave owner plantations and give, each black family a share of that land and surplus army mules to work the land. That would have been real reparations paid for by the people who actually profited from slave labor to the people who were actually slaves. That was the time for reparations to happen.
You can’t have reparations today. That is because the guilty slaveowners are long gone, and the actual victims are long gone.
But because John Wilkes Booth, a Democrat celebrity murdered Abraham Lincoln, that never happened. And so the slave owners kept their land and their power. They formed the original KKK. They poisoned race relations, and all these bad things happened. It took America more than a hundred years to recover from that assassination, and we’re still really not out of it.
So sadly, the man who murdered Abraham Lincoln did change history for the worse.
I followed Charlie Kirk for a long time. Basically, the Democrats killed the man who could have saved America. Because you get a guy like Charlie Kirk once in a lifetime. I am firmly convinced, and if anyone wants to argue with me, I don’t have time on this morning’s radio program, but I will do it any day of the week. I am firmly convinced that Charlie Kirk was was another Abraham Lincoln. He was already a Martin Luther King, and he should be recognized for that.
Charlie Kirk had a rare gift of reading, combining what he reads with critical thinking, and then testing his knowledge by going out every day to these hateful leftist college campuses and testing his ideas. Charlie Kirk was what they used to call an auto-didact. Self-taught. And that self-taught education is the best you can get. Leonardo DaVinci, Sir Isaac Newton, and Benjamin Franklin were all self-taught like that.
And as Benjamin Franklin pointed out, when you have ideas, and then have open conversations with people who have different opinions, those political opinions collide, and sparks of truth fly out and political light is obtained. And by the way, that’s why Rush Limbaugh was as good as he was. Because he also did a lot of reading, he also did a lot of critical thinking, and he was constantly talking to people with different opinions and dealing with it and he got smarter every time he had those arguments.
Now, of course, are you going to be right a 100% of the time? Well, no. You’re going to be wrong a lot, but that’s the whole point of the conversation. When you have a conversation in good faith and somebody makes a point that you didn’t think of, you get smarter. And Americans used to do that and and that’s why Americans used to be a lot smarter than they are today.
Above Image: Ever since Charlie Kirk’s “Student Action Summit” last July in Tampa, leftist media repeatedly reported that Charlie Kirk was a dangerous threat to their power. They reminded me of mafia bosses. They rarely ordered gang members to kill someone. They would simply say, “I have a stone in my shoe”.
So, let’s ask ourselves. “Who killed Charlie Kirk?” And we all know that the guy who shot the bullets, was the chump. He was inspired to do it because it thought he thought it would make him important. But basically, if you want to know who killed Charlie Kirk, just look at all the people who couldn’t contain their glee and their cheerfulness when they found out Charlie Kirk was dead. They’re the ones who did it.
The media people, the college professors, especially the college professors, the teachers, the teachers’ unions, all those folks. And if you followed the New York Times, MSNBC and ABC and CBS and, CNN for the past three months, you saw them put a target on the back of Charlie Kirk. It was a steady drumbeat of hate. It reminded me what they did to destroy Kate Smith and God Bless America. It is what they did to Trump.
And so they started with their hate for Trump. Trump is evil. Trump is a king. Trump is a Fascist. Trump is a racist, Trump is horrible. We have to do something. We have to do something about Trump. And that’s when they shifted to Charlie Kirk.
They said day after day, how did Trump get elected. Going after Trump is not enough. We need to get all those MAGA people who helped Trump get elected. And who is the worst of those MAGA people. Why it’s Charlie Kirk! Charlie Kirk is going around the country talking to young people. He’s telling them to ignore their woke professors, and ignore their woke teachers and textbooks and media and Hollywood movies and support someone as despicable as Donald Trump.
And if Charlie Kirk keeps doing that, we may have a generation of young people getting another Donald Trump elected. And over and over again, I saw those talking heads on TV asking, “What can we do about Charlie Kirk?” And this was going on for three or four months. And that reminded me of those mafia movies. I reminded me of Becket.
And you know the code words that gangsters use when they want to kill somebody. They don’t tell their people, go kill that guy. They say stuff like, “I have a stone in my shoe. Can somebody get that stone out of my shoe?” You had the same thing with King Henry in Becket. He said “Will anyone rid me of this troublesome priest?”
And you had the same thing with the Zulfi Hoxhai, the Islamic terrorist from Margate who went to Syria and made these videos. It is so easy to kill a kaffir, a non-believer. Doesn’t anyone in America want to kill a kaffir or a non-believer to avoid Hell fire and go to Paradise instead? You can run one over with a car. You can push him off a building?
And then in these situations, a million people hear the message and ignore it. However, it only takes one person to actually do it. And then when somebody else, you know, somebody actually gets killed, they say, oh, this is a random murder. We we have no idea what caused it.
But basically, as far as I’m concerned, the, the media was targeting Charlie Kirk using their little code words.
And you know, the other thing Charlie Kirk did, and another bunch of people who hated Charlie Kirk were those college professors. Charlie would go to the college campuses where the radical leftist professors had absolute control. And he’d go out on the, you know, in front of cafeteria. And by the way, I know this because I did the same thing at Stockton for a while. But I wasn’t as good at it as Charlie Kirk. Stockton told me, oh, no. We we can’t give you a table, and you can’t do this, and you can’t do that. And I didn’t have the patience to push the issue. I gave up trying. But If I knew that people were going to be killed because of this, I may have sued people like Charlie Kirk did and raise money to do it. But I didn’t.
But Charlie Kirk persisted. He got the permits. He got the money. He went day after day to these college campuses. He would debate the professors. He would debate the students. He would make them look like the fools they were. And then Charlie Kirk would video these discussions and post them on YouTube and TikTok and Instagram and he would change peoples’ minds. And you can see how angry and hateful all of these “peace and love” and “no hate here” professors and brainwashed students got.
I saw their hate first hand at Stockton. I saw it with some of the high school teachers in Mainland and Egg Harbor Township, and Absegami and Ocean City. Remember when you had, you know, the Black Lives Matter protest at Stockton? Yes. And one student posted a notice on the bulletin board that said it’s okay to be white. Now, when the when we boomers went to college, you’d see all sorts of stuff on the bulletin board and the professors would actually discuss it. Oh, here’s an issue. Let’s talk about the pros. Let’s talk about the cons. But it’s Stockton University. It was like the person who put a poster that said “It’s okay to be white” committed the crime of the century. Stockton called that person a criminal. Stockton called the prosecutor’s office to investigate. They checked video. They checked fingerprints. They did everything they could to find that horrible person who posted something that said “It’s OK to be white”.
Remembere during COVID when Stockton had those Zoom classes? And one student had a picture of Donald Trump behind him. Remember what they did to him? They charged him with a hate crime of cyberbullying. They threatened to kick him out of school and and ruin his record and take away his credits if he didn’t publicly apologize and take a month of re-education classes.
I saw that same hatred. When I went there, you know, Liberty and Prosperity tried to set up a club there. We had an information table. And we were approached by angry professors who wanted to report us for a “bias incident”. Our crime was handing out postcards with the Declaration of Independence on them. Imaging, we are charged with a hate crime for telling students to read the Declaration of Independence at a college that’s named after a signer of the Declaration of Independence!
