Our Congressman Frank LoBiondo, not Trump, is why we still have Obamacare.

During?the past six years, LoBiondo voted with Republican leaders for roughly 60 bills to repeal Obamacare.? Each time, they knew Democratic President Obama would veto them.

Yet he and Republican leaders refuse to introduce any of those same bills today, because they know Republican President Trump would sign them into law.? What hypocrisy!

LoBiondo was elected in 1994 by promising term limits and balanced budgets.?? He has now been in office 22 years.??? During 18 of those years, LoBiondo?had a Republican majority in the House.? During 6 of those years, Republicans controlled the House, Senate, and White House.? Although the U.S. Constitution clearly gives House of Representatives control of taxes, borrowing, and spending,? Congress spent far more than it collected during all but a handful of those years.?? U.S. Government debt increased from $4.6 trillion when LoBiondo was first elected to $20 trillion today.

When LoBiondo was first elected, he worked for his family?s small business outside of Vineland.? ?Today, he is a millionaire near the beach in Ventnor.?? Each Congress member today?is paid $174,000 per year, plus generous health benefits and a ?Membership Representational Allowance?.?? When LoBiondo finally?leaves office, he will get 80% of his highest salary, yearly cost-of-living-increases, and VIP health care for life.

We must do more than simply vote career Congress members like Frank LoBiondo out of office.?? We must strip them of the pensions and benefits they grabbed while ruining the country for the rest of us.?? Trump can?t drain that swamp.?? Only we can.?

  1. I am with you Seth. Congressman Frank LoBiondo has failed us once again. He is not the person I want representing me. I am almost 60 years old and I have seen this country going in the wrong direction for many years. We have been told by the Republicans that they needed the House, Senate and White House to “Make America Great Again”! I feel that President Trump delegated to Paul Ryan the job to fix the problem that we are now in with Obama Care. Paul Ryan came up with a very bad Bill and I am glad that it failed. Now Paul Ryan must resign and I would like to see Mark Meadows or Jim Jordan take his place has Speaker of the House. We don’t want President Trump turning to the Moderate Republicans are Democrats for his support. We have the opportunity now and this may be our last chance to save the country for our descendents.
