Last year, Governor Murphy Democrats, and Republicans like Claire Swift and Don Guardian gave us a new law called the Freedom To Read Act.
It gives the NJEA Teachers and Public School Librarian unions absolute power to select the books that are read in our public schools.
For years, these woke, far-left unions systematically removed nearly all pro-American, pro-family, pro-liberty, and pro-constitution books from our libraries and classrooms. They replaced them with books that promote their political agendas that falsely blame every bad thing in the world on Christians and Americans.
They are angry at elected school board members who are trying to change this.
Let’s talk about having our children again read the biographies and great works of great American men and women. Like George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Mark Twain and Harriet Beecher Stowe.
