Local Nonprofit to Host Scholarship Award Brunch Honoring Outstanding Students
In a time when headlines often focus on youth crime and poor behavior, Liberty and Prosperity, a local nonprofit educational organization, is turning the spotlight on something far more inspiring: good kids doing great things.
On Saturday, June 14th at 9:30 AM, Liberty and Prosperity will host a Scholarship Award Brunch to honor three exceptional high school students who were selected from over 70 applicants to receive the organization’s annual Scholarship Award.
Each recipient will be awarded $500 in recognition of their academic excellence, strong character, and commitment to civic values. One of the winners, Prisha Malik, will read her essay on What does being a good citizen mean to you? and Why does the Constitution matter?—a timely reminder of the values that bind us together, highlighting the importance of education in preserving democratic principles.
The pancake breakfast will be held at Sal Coal Fired Pizza – 501 New Road, Somers Point, NJ 08244
and tickets are $30. Proceeds from the event will fund next year’s scholarship awards.
This year’s applicants boast 4.0 GPAs, outstanding SAT scores, and inspiring personal stories of perseverance and achievement. “Choosing the winners was the hardest part,” says Dr. Fleisher, member of Liberty and Prosperity. “But reading their essays gave us hope for the future.”
Community members are invited to join this uplifting event and support the mission of celebrating and encouraging the next generation of leaders.

Seating is limited. Please reserve now by paying $30 online or sending your check payable to Liberty and Prosperity to 453 Shore Road, Somers Point, NJ 08244. The funds we raise will be used to continue this program next year. Thanks! And Thank You Dr. Robert M. Fleisher and the students who participated!

For 200 years, Americans had more wealth, freedom, opportunity, and justice than any other people in the world. Yet during the last 50 years, roughly half of Americans believe the lies of our enemies and are working day and night to tear our country apart.
What happened? Yuri Bezmenov explains in this 7 minute segment of an interview he gave in 1985.
