There are 65 days remaining until one of the most significant elections in New Jersey’s history takes place. In the midst of the overwhelming noise generated by various propaganda and messaging, it is easy to tune everything out or, even worse, to succumb to the belief that voting is pointless because nothing will change. Alternatively, one might assume that New Jersey is a blue state and will perpetually remain so. When President Donald J. Trump was elected, the political landscape in New Jersey shifted, turning many counties Red. I always value when President Donald J. Trump asserts, “Never Give Up!” Although it may sometimes feel like a hopeless struggle, it is crucial to remember that it is always darkest before the dawn!

Numerous issues are currently impacting the residents of New Jersey, and it appears that the situation is deteriorating rather than improving. I predict that if we elect a Democrat, conditions will only worsen! They tend to align closely with Washington, so it is important to understand that any Democrat will likely be as detrimental as Governor Phil Murphy or potentially worse. I reflect on the events of the 2020 election when President Biden emerged victorious, which was a nightmare for many. It may be that New Jersey required an additional four years to fully comprehend the adverse effects of the Democratic agenda on both the state and the nation.

  • The utility bills have risen by 17% to 22%. I am fully aware that my bill is excessively high, and I do not wish to pay it. I cannot manage a bill that exceeds $800 a month while on a budget. I intend to call this Tuesday to explore options for reducing my bill payments. Not long ago, Governor Phil Murphy was advocating for those dreadful windmills, but many individuals stood up and fought valiantly, ultimately achieving victory! You made a significant impact. We have been misled regarding energy matters, and we have been treated unjustly. In April, there was an article stating that New Jersey was facing a growing energy crisis after shutting down six major power plants. Energy experts caution that the state’s current path could lead to increased utility bills, concerns about grid reliability, and delays in achieving renewable energy goals.  New Jersey Should Rethink Its Nuclear Power Ban: News Article – Independent Institute
  • Sanctuary State – The Nation comprises 17 Sanctuary States. These sanctuary states pose a threat to public safety by obstructing federal immigration officials from identifying, apprehending, and prosecuting criminal illegal aliens. Consequently, all inhabitants, including lawful immigrants, are at a heightened risk of becoming victims of those protected by sanctuary policies. Furthermore, we have now become a Sanctuary state for Abortions, allowing anyone to come here and obtain an abortion, potentially funded by our tax dollars if necessary. This situation only serves to assist and facilitate sex traffickers, as parental consent is not required in New Jersey.  .New Jersey’s Sanctuary Cities: Safety or Risk for Everyone? | US Newsper
  • Taxes – New Jersey ranks among the states with the highest tax rates in the nation. If you make a purchase here, it is essential to be cautious, as selling your property while residing out of state incurs a 2% out-of-state tax. Additionally, all individuals are subject to the state transfer tax, and if your home exceeds $1 million, you will also be liable for the mansion tax. These factors contribute to the growing trend of individuals leaving New Jersey. Is It Time To Leave New Jersey? 2025 Exodus Explained — New Jersey Living Group
  • Insurance in NJ – The costs associated with car insurance, homeowners’ insurance, flood insurance, and healthcare are notably elevated across New Jersey. Specifically concerning healthcare, health insurers offering plans in New Jersey’s Affordable Care Act marketplace are suggesting rate hikes in the double digits for 2026, attributed to escalating healthcare expenses and the anticipated cessation of federal subsidies, as indicated by submissions to the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Consequently, health insurance plans in New Jersey are projected to increase significantly in 2026.
  • Overdevelopment crisis in New Jersey -State mandates that compel development in towns without considering the actual effects on the current landscape are a formula for catastrophe. Consequently, it is crucial to elect individuals at the local, county, and particularly state levels who will resist legislation that restricts municipal autonomy and prevents interference from the State, in order to control overdevelopment throughout the state.  Forcing Overdevelopment in New Jersey
  • Prolife vs. Abortion – This topic is often unwelcome among many politicians due to its polarizing nature; however, it is essential to address an issue that is profoundly evil and results in the loss of a child’s life. Not only do Democrats appear to champion abortion as their primary agenda—because, let’s face it, they lack other significant issues—but they have also normalized this concept for our children at a young age as something positive. They have pushed through legislation at the last moment to allow the termination of a baby’s life even up to the point of birth if a woman chooses to do so. They have dehumanized life, stripped away rights, and, even worse, silenced countless individuals. This is a topic that, whether one likes it or not, is evolving, and we are witnessing the closure of more Planned Parenthood facilities as the majority of people have awakened to the ongoing holocaust affecting our children. • Parental Rights under attack – Anyone who is anyone and watches television is aware that parental rights have been under siege for some time, and that there is a concerted effort targeting our children. It is absurd to believe that when you drop your child off at school, your rights cease to exist at the entrance. In reality, parents retain the most rights, and it is only a matter of time before this issue reaches the Supreme Court, allowing parents to reclaim the rights that are systematically being eroded in certain states, such as New Jersey.  The New Jersey Family Policy Center has great resources to help in this fight that is happening right under your nose in our local schools. The aforementioned points highlight some of the significant challenges facing New Jersey, yet there is much more to discuss. The reality is that no change will occur unless “We the People” actively participate in the upcoming Election. I am casting my vote for Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican candidate for Governor. Jack possesses not only a comprehensive plan for New Jersey but also a Vision to restore it to its former greatness! His agenda includes supporting our police and veterans, safeguarding the rights of New Jersey citizens by ensuring we are no longer a Sanctuary State, protecting parental rights, and collaborating across the aisle on contentious issues. He aims to revive our own energy resources and achieve energy independence for New Jersey. I believe the most significant threats to our economy in New Jersey are the energy crisis and housing costs. Jack is aware of these challenges; he has a strategy and the vision to make New Jersey great once more! Jack on the Issues | Jack For New Jersey

President Donald J. Trump endorsed Jack Ciatteralli back in May of 2025 and on his June tele-Rally, President Trump said “Jack has what it takes to win. He has my complete and total endorsement,” Trump said during a five-minute speech. “It’s being watched all over the world because New Jersey is ready to pop out of that blue horror show.”  Here is the Tele-Rally   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tp0j9xwSOPY

I believe that every American and every New Jerseyan has arrived at a juncture where we are utterly exhausted by the appalling treatment of its citizens by this administration. I have not even addressed the Covid epidemic during that period, and the manner in which individuals were treated warrants a separate discussion for another occasion. We are weary of laboring and being financially constrained while attempting to reside in a state that allocates substantial resources to others, all while imposing the financial burden on New Jersey citizens. I think the majority of New Jerseyans can identify with the iconic flag and its accompanying motto:

The phrase “Don’t tread on me” was popularized by the Gadsten Flag, designed by Christopher Gadsten in 1775 for use in the Continental Navy.

The Gadsten Flag features a coiled-up rattlesnake, which became an American Revolutionary symbol after Benjamin Franklin first used it in 1754, showing its fangs and ready to strike. Rattlesnakes are only found in America, and only bite when cornered, or in self-defense, which is why they became such a popular revolutionary symbol.

Gadsten himself likely came up with this phrase as a statement to oppose British overreach in the colonies.   Well New Jersey has reached our end with this tyranny, and we are positioned to strike (19) The story behind the “DONT TREAD ON ME” flag – YouTube

Below is a picture of our future Governor Jack Ciattarelli and his beautiful family!  He is a man that Loves New Jersey and a man that understands New Jersey.  You deserve better and Jack is the best candidate for this Job!  I ask that everyone says a prayer each night for him and his family and tell at least 5 people to go Vote!

  1. Thank you for this article and giving us a glimpse of hope about living in NJ with a change of course with a Republican governor. I am so incredibly tired of the corruption in NJ.
The NJEA has been something on my radar for many years. Our family lives where overdevelopment is out of control. This past summer , our electric bill was obscene- despite my best efforts at being super conscientious.
Every area you mentioned makes me frustrated, however I thank you for addressing all of it.

  2. Excellent points! This article highlights many of our concerns as New Jerseyans. The education system alone has tied the hands of parents behind their backs. We need a governor like Jack to protect our children, protect our rights.
