Midterm Voting in NJ Starts Today! Viral Videos Show Why Atlantic City “Protestors” Had to Be Arrested.

TALKING POINTS:

  1. Voting in New Jersey begins today and continues until Tuesday, November 3.

Some people still think that we will be voting on an Election Day 75 days from today, that is Tuesday, November 3.

We have not had that kind of an Election Day for more than 20 years.  We now have a 75 day Election Harvest Season.  In Atlantic County, more than 20,000 voters, that is roughly 10%, already have their ballots and are voting right now.

If you want your candidates to win, now is the time to reach out to them.

Atlantic County: 206,000 voters have registered so far (The deadline for new registrations is October 13.):  70,000 Democrats. 62,000 Republicans. 71,000 have not yet declared membership in either political party. (That means they have not yet decided to participate in June Primary elections to choose leaders or candidates for the Republican or Democratic parties. Under New Jersey state law, Republicans and Democrats are the only two parties that are recognized and that choose leaders and candidates in June Primary Elections.)

Cape May County: 76,000 voters registered so far: 19,000 Democrats. 34,000 Republicans. 23,000 have not yet declared membership in either political party.

Cumberland County: 97,000 voters registered so far: 32,000 Democrats, 26,000 Repuboicas. 38,000 have not yet declared membership in either political party.

Atlantic County: Republicans are in the first Column, Column  A. Democrats are in second column Column B.

Above Image:  Campaign Signs in Somers Point, NJ: Joe Giralo, Joe O’Donoghue, John Risley, June Byrnes and Rick DePamphilis are all Republicans running on the same ticket for county and local offices in Somers Point. However, you could never know that by looking at their campaign signs!

Above Image: Campaign Signs for Four Democrats in Somers Point, NJ.  The Democratic Party candidates for Sheriff and County Clerk share a single campaign sign.  However, none of these four Democratic Party candidates show their party.

Both Republicans and Democrats candidates in Atlantic County do not have the names of their parties on their campaign signs. There is nothing to show what team they are on. The only way to find out is to look at your sample ballot. It is usually mailed to you one week before the election.  However, Atlantic County voters can look at their sample ballot now by clicking this link to the website of Atlantic County Clerk Joe Giralo.  Joe is running for re-election this yrar.

U.S. Senate: Justin Murphy vs. Cory Booker— For a variety of reasons, Republicans did not nominate a serious candidate to run against Cory Booker.

House of Reps: Jeff Van Drew vs. Zack Mullock

Sheriff: Joe O’Donoghue vs. Sean Riggin

County Clerk: Joe Giralo vs. Lisa Bender

Atlantic County Commissioner (Freeholder) John Risley and June Byrnes vs. Jonathan Marcellus and Kyle Gornick.

3 District Commissioners are running out of their districts in Atlantic County

Several towns, including Egg Harbor Township have elections for County Committee.

Many towns are elected members of their School Boards for three year terms.

Egg Harbor Township:  7 candidates-3 positions—The ballot does not show which, if any, candidates are working together.

Galloway Twp: There is only one candidate running unopposed for the special school board that runs Oakcrest and Absegami High School.

Galloway: 5 candidates: 3 positions.  Notice that the names of Ethel Hermenau are “bracketed” with two other candidates, Ginny Larrea and Reny Fishman. This shows they are running as a team and greatly increases the chances of all three winning.

Republicans have no clue what early voting is all about.  Sadly that includes guys like Scott Pressler and good organizations like Turning Point.

Early voting is good because it reduces risk of not voting. Murphy’s Law. It is much better to vote by mail some time during six weeks before election than risk having some emergency or other last-minute issue keep you from voting on one Election Day.

However, the real value of a 75 day vote harvest season is to maximize the vote of roughly 20% of adults who have absolutely no knowledge or interest in the election.  Democrats depended on these voters since Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren started the Democratic Party more than 200 years ago. For years, few of these “low-motivation voters” came out to vote when there was a single Election Day.  However, with a 75 day vote harvest season, most of them vote by mail with the help of Democratic Party “community organizers.” These “low-information” and “low-motivation” voters often determine who wins and who loses.

Do you know any “low-motivation” voters? Do you have kids or grandkids or nieces or nephews who are not registered to vote?  Jeff Van Drew forCongress.com is running a “friends and family” program to help you identify people you know and to give them the forms they need to vote during the next six weeks.

Last Day to Register: Tuesday, October 13

MORE TALKING POINTS:

2. Why do we need literacy programs if we are spending so much money on public schools?  9/9/2026:    Atlantic City: CRDA’s $30000 literacy grant opens doors for 45 adults – CDC Gaming. CDC Gaming. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has quietly funded an education program for Atlantic City residents. Over the past two years, … Question:  Isn’t this why we have public schools?

3. THESE “PROTESTERS” RAN RED LIGHTS AND PUT PEOPLE IN DANGER! THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED A LONG TIME AGO! WATCH THE BELOW VIDEOS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Irwin Moreno-Rodriguez: Administrator of the Holocaust Resource Center at Stockton University.

His 36-year-old brother Chris Moreno Rodriguez is a “community organizer”. Chris is the “executive director” of “El Pueblo Unidos Atlantic City”? Is he getting paid? If so, who is paying him and how much is he being paid?

WE NEED TO EXPLAIN WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAWS BY DEPORTING EVERYONE WHO IS ILLEGALLY IN THIS COUNTRY.

America has had laws to limit the number of immigrants who enter this country since 1920.

Needed to end poverty

Preserve America’s unique culture

Stop crime. On September 11, 2001, 18 of the 19 hijackers who murdered more than 3,000 Americans were in this country illegally.

Immigration laws are federal laws. Article 6 of Constitution.

First Amendment: Peaceably to assemble and petition government for a redress of grievances. Not to obstruct justice by interfering with police officers enforcing laws.

They want the state to force Atlantic City Police to dismiss charges: Repeat of George Floyd riots.

4. Forget Mamdani’s New York! We already have lots of socialism here in New Jersey!

A. Sheraton Hotel in Atlantic City may close if it doesn’t get tax breaks:

Crappy location for an Atlantic City hotel. Luxury hotel without a casino that is nowhere near ocean, beach or boardwalk.

Crappy location for Convention Hall

Socialism: props up failures by taxing success.

Raise taxes for everybody else to keep a bad hotel going.

B. Vacant Site of Wonderland Amusement Park in Ocean City:  Councilman Keith Hartzell:  What should be built at the site of the Wonderland Amusement Park at 6h and Boardwalk.  “We’ll go with a plan that’s a collective of everybody’s opinion.”

C. Somers Point “Bay Avenue Historic District”.  If you look at the most common business signs from Shore Road to the Bay, “Commercial Property for Sale.”  Meeting:  Tuesday, September 22.

D. Middle Township explores 63 unit affordable  housing project for veterans 55 and older. In a single three story building. County owned property.  $36 million. $571,000 per unit.

E. Atlantic City: CRDA giving $1.9 million more for run down Renaissance Plaza. October 2025, CRDS committed to spending $20 million

5. Longport police arrest 3 teens for stealing cars last Saturday night (Sept 12). Deja Vu all over again?

Two weeks ago. Saturday morning, August 22, four teenagers from Atlantic City stole a car in Longport, and then killed two people in on Route 50 and Third Street in the middle of Mays Landing. The two people who were killed were 67 year of Alice Stilwell and 54 year old Robert Barr, Jr., both of Egg Harbor Township.

7. Politicians who complain about property taxes. Conservatives complain about property taxes.

I have a problem with people who support high government spending, but who say they are against taxes on them.

This is why Liberty and Prosperity never became a popular organization.

We had property taxes for 325 years in America. Americans never had problem affording houses or property taxes until the late 1960s.   What happened in the late 1960s?

Public employee unions

Civil Service Laws

Government employees can’t be fired

8. If we ended property taxes, taxes based on the value of your house and other real estate, what taxes would we have instead?

A poll tax or head tax. If you vote, you need to have skin in the game.  If you don’t pay taxes, you don’t vote?

A “wealth tax” based on the total value of all of your assets, including bank accounts, stocks and bonds?

A sales based on a percentage of the cost of what you buy?

An income tax based on your income?

A hidden tax called “inflation”? Cheapening value of money by having the government print the dollars it spends without receiving anything in return?

But everyone agrees that the only “fair” tax is a tax that is only paid by “somebody else.” Beach tags, hotel/motel tax

What should government do, and how should we pay for it.

Voters are no longer allowed to vote on these things

Government employee unions

Civil service laws

Mandated government services

Schools

Libraries

Recycling

  1. The sad part about NJ voting is that former Governor Murphy gave the criminal illegal immigrants the right to get drivers licenses. When they go online to register a link to sign up to vote lets them register illegally. And so they vote because as we well know NJ has no id check to vote. So who do they vote for ? Yes the democrats that give them all their free stuff off the backs of hard working Americans. That’s why republicans will never get power back in this state. We need the save America act. Now !
